Terms of Service – Sync
Last updated: 17.10.2026
1. Who we are and what these terms cover
Sync is a service that answers phone calls on behalf of businesses using artificial intelligence, summarizes them and books appointments. The service is operated by Sagi Levi ("Sync", "we"). These terms apply to anyone who signs up for the service and uses it ("the business owner", "you"). Using the service means you agree to these terms and to the Privacy Policy.
2. The service
- A voice agent that answers calls to the number assigned to the business, based on the information the business owner entered.
- A summary of every call, sent to the business owner.
- A calendar for booking, moving and cancelling appointments, and a public booking page.
- An optional connection to Google Calendar (section 7).
The features and plans are described on the website, and may change from time to time.
3. Sign-up and account
- Login is with an SMS code sent to the business owner's phone number. You are responsible for keeping your phone and access to the account safe.
- The details you provide must be correct and up to date.
- One account per business. You may not transfer the account to someone else without our approval.
4. Payment
- Prices are according to the plan you chose, as shown on the website and on the billing screen.
- Billing is monthly, by credit card, through a payment processor. We don't store card details.
- Usage beyond the plan allowance (for example extra minutes) is charged according to the price list.
- You can cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and there is no refund for a period already paid.
5. The business owner's responsibility
- The information you enter for the agent (hours, prices, services, answers) is your responsibility, and the agent answers according to it.
- You are responsible for making sure your use of the service complies with the law toward your customers — among other things, notice that the call is documented (the agent announces this at the start of every call) and protecting callers' privacy.
- You may not use the service for advertising calls without consent, for harassment, for fraud or for any unlawful purpose.
- You may not try to break into the system, copy it or deliberately overload it.
6. Artificial intelligence — what you should know
- The agent is software, not a person. It may make mistakes, misunderstand, or give an inaccurate answer.
- Sync is not responsible for a commitment the agent made to a customer that contradicts the information the business owner entered, or that results from missing or wrong information.
- We recommend reviewing the summaries and updating the agent's knowledge when needed.
7. Connecting Google Calendar
- The connection is optional, and is made only with your approval on Google's permissions screen.
- Sync uses information from Google only to sync the calendar: checking busy times, showing the calendar inside Sync, and recording appointments booked through Sync.
- Information from Google is not sold, not used for advertising, not passed to others, and not used to train artificial intelligence models.
- You can disconnect at any moment, from the app or from your Google account settings. On disconnecting, the permission and the Google information stored on our side are deleted. The events in your Google Calendar stay.
- Sync's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
- Use of Google's services is also subject to Google's terms.
8. Your information
- Your information (calls, summaries, appointments, settings) belongs to you. We use it only to provide the service, as described in the Privacy Policy.
- Toward the people who call you — you decide what is kept, and we process the information for you.
9. Service availability
- We make every effort for the service to be available at all times, but there may be faults or interruptions, including at providers we work with (telephony, cloud, artificial intelligence, WhatsApp).
- We will give advance notice of planned maintenance when possible.
10. Limitation of liability
- The service is provided "AS IS".
- Sync is not liable for indirect damage (such as loss of income, a customer or an appointment) caused by use of the service or by a fault in it.
- In any case, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us for the month in which the event occurred.
11. Ending the service
- You can close the account at any time.
- We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, after notice — except in urgent cases (fraud, danger to the system).
- After an account is closed, the information is deleted within 30 days, except what the law requires us to keep.
12. Changes to these terms
We will update these terms from time to time. We will give at least 14 days' notice of any material change, by message or in the app.
13. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Israeli law. Exclusive jurisdiction lies with the competent courts of the Central District.
